We have secured the services of a team of highly experienced people who have collectively more than 100 years of experience in the offsite construction and modular industry. They have worked with and for some of the biggest building companies in the UK.

This team has recently designed Steel, Timber and hybrid standardised models of residential homes. We have also begun the process of discussing the layout and creation of high volume factories.

We prefer steel frame modules for the many benefits it offers and because of the plentiful supply of the raw material which can be fully recycled or re-tasked in the future. Steel is stronger and more precise building material which because of its inherent strength can be built up to 6 floors without any additional structural support.
